La Puntilla,
lugar donde el tiempo se burla de los relojes y el Sol
fijó residencia, está Finca Rodríguez
Ferrero, una bodega boutique de primer nivel ubicada en
el departamento de Tinogasta, provincia de Catamarca,
Argentina. Este pequeño pueblo está emplazado
en el oeste catamarqueño, a 1.260 m.s.n.m, sobre
la cordillera de los Andes y a 250 kilómetros del
Paso de San Francisco, importante conexión vial
con la 3ª Región de Chile. Es increíble
cómo en un clima sufrido se produce el milagro,
tan bello, tan especial. Que a la hora de degustar el
vino uno descubre su encanto y cualquier palabra pasa
a segundo plano.
La bodega pertenece a la familia de Roberto Rodríguez
y Silvia Ferrero, oriunda de la ciudad de Chañar
Ladeado, provincia de Santa Fe. La finca funciona desde
hace dos años, lapso en el cual se ha equipado
con tecnología de avanzada y ha trabajado aplicadamente
en la plantación, la cosecha y la producción
de su primer varietal: Leonarda Syrah 2005, el que también
fue presentado en sociedad el 7 de enero del 2005 y Leonarda
Syrah 2005 Roble, cuyo nombre es un homenaje a la abuela
de Silvia Ferrero. Esta joven mujer, verdadera “alma
mater” de la empresa, describió las motivaciones
que la llevaron, junto a su esposo Roberto, sus hijos
Lucrecia y Matías, familiares cercanos, amigos
y colaboradores, a aceptar el enorme desafío que
significaba una |
inversión de riesgo
ubicada a más de 1.200 kilómetros de su
Chañar Ladeado natal, a la que calificó
como un sueño que hoy, tras superar innumerables
escollos, podía verse como una magnífica
realidad.
De ahí que ellos mismos acompañan a su gente
día a día en la vendimia y en cada parte
del proceso de elaboración de sus vinos. Hasta
en el etiquetado. Porque abajo, en esas mismas etiquetas,
dice Finca Rodriguez Ferrero. Y eso no es tan solo un
nombre. Es una firma de autor. Cinco hectáreas
de viñedos custodiados por la precordillera de
los Andes y cuidadas por manos que saben que el vino es
mucho más que su trabajo.

Finca Rodriguez Ferrero, is a first level boutique winey,
