Tras un largo peregrinaje ve cristalizada su esperanza con su bodega El Chiche, que años más tarde se convertiría en Bodegas y Viñedos Valentín Bianchi. Luego, su obra es continuada por la segunda generación, convirtiéndose en Valentín Bianchi S.A.C.I.F. Hoy, con setenta y nueve años, la cuarta generación sigue la línea familiar impuesta desde los comienzos. Además, se ha desarrollado una bodega "boutique" donde elaboramos los vinos de alta gama equipada con la mas alta tecnología y donde se sigue minuciosamente desde el viñedo, cada paso necesario para obtener la calidad buscada para nuestros vinos.
