sobre el nivel del mar, Bodega Familia
Schroeder presenta un diseño
perfectamente adaptado a su entorno.
Planteada en varios niveles con el objetivo
de aprovechar al máximo el declive
natural del suelo, esta bodega está
especialmente preparada para la recepción
de visitas los 365 días del año
gracias a un sistema de pasarelas interiores
que facilitan la llegada de los turistas
hasta el corazón mismo del nacimiento
de los vinos, incluso en plena época
de cosecha. A este atractivo se suma
la cava del dinosaurio que conserva
los fósiles originales, fuente
de inspiración del nombre Saurus
de dos de las líneas de vinos
de Familia Schroeder. El recorrido se
completa con Saurus Restaurante en Bodega,
con una alta cocina de productos de
estación acordes a los gustos
más exigentes. Como un valor
agregado, el ambiente cálido
y refinado se ensambla perfectamente
con la imponente vista a los viñedos.
Así, la bodega se transforma
también en el marco ideal para
la realización de reuniones empresariales
y eventos sociales.
Located at the foot
of the Patagonia plateau, at 1,148 feet
above sea level, Familia Schroeder´s
Winery features an astonishing architecture
perfectly adapted to its surroundings.
Built in different levels in order to
enhance the natural inclination of the
slope. It is specially prepared for
the reception of visitors all year round
due to footpaths that allow tourists
to get to the heart of the winery, even
during harvest time. Furthermore, the
Dinosaur cave exhibits the original
fossilized dinosaur bones, origin of
the name Saurus for two of the wine
lines of Familia Schroeder.
The tour is completed at Saurus Restaurant
in Winery, which presents a haute cuisine
of dishes elaborated with seasonal ingredients
responding to the highest demands. As
an added value, the refined and warm
atmosphere mixes with the magnificent
view of the vineyards. All these hints
make the winery the ideal place for
the host of social or business meetings.
