Andrés Pedro
Antonietti Filippini, hacedor de vinos
y amante de la industria vitivinícola,
comenzó su actividad como enólogo
en 1962 en la Bodega Filippini, propiedad
de su madre Lydia, hija de Don Luigi
Filippini, luego de haber egresado como
enólogo del Liceo agrícola
y enológico Domingo F. Sarmiento.
Allí aprendió los más
íntimos secretos de la vitivinicultura
de la mano de su tío Andrés
Filippini, rector de la bodega, muy
reconocido en la Provincia por sus múltiples
contribuciones al mejoramiento de esta
actividad en Mendoza. No sólo
la rama materna perfila hacia la vitivinicultura,
sino que su abuelo Ferdinando Antonietti,
habiéndose recibido de enólogo
en Conegliano, Italia, decidió
emigrar hacia Argentina, donde comenzó
con su actividad en Bodegas Giol, Bodegas
López y Bodega Boero Napoli,
las tres más importantes de Maipú
por aquellos tiempos. En 1986 adquirió
una propiedad familiar en Chapanay con
viñedos y una pequeña
bodega que decidió restaurar
en el año 2000 y se incorporan
al proyecto su esposa Norma y sus hijos
Andrea, Adrián y Betiana, para
continuar de esta manera con la tradición
familiar del cultivo de la vid y la
elaboración de vinos.

Antonietti Filippini, winemaker and
lover of the wine industry, started
his activity in 1962 as a winemaker
in Bodega Filippini, the winery of his
mother Lydia, daughter of Don Luigi
Filippini, after graduating from the

There, he learned the most intimate
secrets of the winemaking process taught
by his uncle Andrés Filippini,
manager of the winery, very well-known
in the province because of his contributions
to the development of the activity in
Mendoza. Not only his mother’s
relatives were dedicated to the wine
industry, but also his grandfather Ferdinando
Antonietti, being a winemaker who graduated
in Conegliano, Italy, decided to emigrate
to Argentina, where he started his activity
in Bodegas Giol, Bodegas López
y Bodega Boero Napoli, the three most
important wineries of Maipú in
those times. In 1986 he bought family
land and started a family business of
a great aenological quality on his own.
In 2000 he decided to restore the winery
located in the property. In this project,
everyone in his family joined him, his
wife Norma, his son Adrián and
his daughters Andrea and Betiana.
