De gran carácter, complejo, corpulento y de prolongado final dulce, criado 19 meses en barricas de roble francés de primer uso y estibado 12 meses en botella. La excelente concentración de taninos dulces y maduros y su imponente estructura, reflejan el potencial que alcanza esta variedad en el Valle de Uco. Las frutas rojas maduras que se perciben en la nariz se confirman en boca con una sutil mezcla de tabaco y humo.

Wine with strong character, full body and long sweet finish, aged for 19 months in French oak and stored in bottle for 12 months. It has a generous concentration of sweet, ripe tannins and a solid structure that reflects the many virtues of Merlot grown in the Valle de Uco region. The nose features ripe red fruits which are confirmed in the mouth and enhanced by a subtle mix of tobacco and smoke.

De color negro violeta vivo de gran intensidad y profundidad. Con aromas a ciruelas maduras y moras, acompañadas con el toque de vainilla y crema moca del añejamiento en barricas de roble francés. En la boca presenta una entrada amplia, con taninos dulces típicos de la variedad y recuerdo de frutos rojos maduros, de muy buena estructura, con acidez equilibrada y prolongado final.

This wine has a vivacious deep intense purplish black color with aromas where ripe plum and blackberry stand out, combined with a touch of vanilla and mocha cream, typical of aging in French oak barrels. Its mouth-feel offers an ample entry with sweet tannins typical of the variety and reminiscence of ripe red fruits. It has a good structure, well-balanced acidity and a lingering finish.

Vino de color rojo violáceo intenso y suaves taninos. Aroma suave y elegante; se encuentran ciruelas maduras, junto con un toque de vainilla y complejidad aportado por el añejamiento en roble francés. En boca se destacan taninos dulces y frutas rojas maduras. Es un vino untuoso, equilibrado, de prolongado final.

This wine shows an intense purplish red color and soft tannins. Soft and elegant aromas with ripe plums and a touch of vanilla and complexity due to its aging in French oak barrels. On the palate, sweet tannins and ripe red fruit stand out. It is a buttery, balanced wine with a long finish.

Su color es rojo intenso, casi negro. Posee una gran intensidad aromática, donde resaltan las frutas rojas muy maduras, junto con el chocolate y la vainilla aportados por su largo añejamiento en barricas de roble francés por 19 meses. En la boca se muestra amplio, con una gran estructura, taninos dulces y un prolongado y agradable final.

This intense red- almost black- wine has a great aromaticintensity, where ripe red fruits as well as chocolate and vanilla are present as a result of a long ageing in French oak barrels for 19 months. On the palate, it is ample with great structure, sweet tannins and a lingering pleasant finish.

Salentein - Sauvignon Blanc Roble - 2004

De color amarillo verdoso, con muy buena intensidad aromática, donde resaltan notas de frutas de pulpa blanca muy maduras, como la pera, combinadas con sutiles notas de roble. En boca se muestra amplio, con una muy buena estructura y acidez media, y un prolongado y agradable final. La buena concentración lograda en la cosecha 2004 refleja la aptitud del terroir para esta variedad.

A greenish yellow wine, with very good aromatic intensity, and highlights of mature fruits, such as pear and white peach, combined with the subtle touches of vanilla added by oak aging. On the palate, it is ample, with very good structure and acidity, and a lingering and pleasant finish. The good concentration achieved in the 2004 vintage reflects the amplitude of the terroir for this variety.

Vino de color rojo suave y reflejos violáceos.
Posee un delicado y persistente aroma, donde resaltan la cereza, el maraschino y las frutas secas, junto con un ligero toque de tabaco y chocolate aportados por su añejamiento en barricas de roble francés. En la boca se muestra amplio, de una estructura media a alta, taninos muy maduros, suaves y dulces, y en perfecto equilibrio con el cuerpo de este vino. Posee un agradable y largo final.

Soft red wine with violet glints. It has a delicate and lingering aroma,featuring cherries, maraschino and dried fruits, together with a slight touch of tobacco and chocolate contributed by ageing in French oak barrels. It features a rounded mouth-feel, medium to high structure, and very ripe, soft and sweet tannins in perfect balance with its body. It has a pleasant and long finish.
