En 1985, los Licenciados José Manuel Menegazzo y Norberto Bartolomé Richardi, emprenden con Don Carmelo Fazio, la creación de una Fábrica de Champagne y Bodega de Vinos. En sus comienzos el perfil de la empresa apuntaba al área de servicios de la fabricación de espumantes y elaboración de vinos de alta calidad, con el tiempo se incorporó tecnología de última generación a todas las áreas de producción y fraccionamiento. El perfil empresario apuntaba a los servicios de tercerización a la vez que se fue desarrollando la producción de espumantes y vinos de marcas propias; en la actualidad su Champagne más emblemático es RIME, reconocido por su calidad y avalado por los premios obtenidos en concursos internacionales. Se han sumado las marcas Sensación en champagnes, más liviano y

frutado, Moulin Rouge, Belle Bijou y el Primer Espumante exportado a Inglaterra marca Canai. En vinos la marca Solar de Robles, se comercializa en todo el país desde hace muchos años y su nivel de calidad es de vinos genéricos, estando pronto a lanzarse al mercado la línea de Varietales.
