Es el vino de más alta gama de la saga Odyssea. El color es ruby muy profundo y con intensidad aromática donde aparecen notas de cerezas muy maduras u otros frutos rojos, bien acompañado por la madera, resultado de la crianza en roble. En boca, la suavidad de los taninos da una sensación aterciopelada, pesada y profunda. Este vino podría estar añejando varios años con la mira de hacerle aparecer aún más el "bouquet".

This is the top red wine of the Odyssea saga. It has a deep ruby red color, intense aroma of ripe cherry and other red fruits, balanced with the woody character from the oak ageing. On the palate, the long maceration of the fruit, is enhanced by the oak flavor. Heavy and deep ,well-balanced, with velvet-like tannins, makes it ideal to accompany the best red meats. It may be aged for several years.

Esta cepa está muy bien adaptada a las nuevas zonas altas de Mendoza. El color rojo intenso sobresale de inmediato, y una fuerte sensación aromática a frutas rojas maduras, con una leve nota de vainilla producto de la corta crianza en barriles de roble. En boca, la estructura del vino está resaltado por la presencia de madera nueva. El final muy largo y elegante lo hace ideal para acompañar los mejores asados argentinos.

This vine is very well adapted to the new high altitude vineyards in Mendoza. The intense deep red color is noticed immediately, and a strong aroma of red ripe fruits, with a slight note of vanilla coming from the short ageing in oak barrels. The palate is full-bodied, with the smooth presence of the new oak.The finish is long and elegant, making it the ideal wine to drink with the best argentine meat.

Syrah 100% / San Martín, Santa Rosa - Mendoza / 800 msnm - 2,652 feet asl

Posee un estilo netamente internacional respetando las características varietales de la cepa Syrah: uva novedosa para este estilo de vino. Con los nuevos aportes enológicos de su creador, las expresiones aromáticas de este vino joven de color rojo profundo a morado son notables, con tonos de clavo de olor, canela y violetas. Este vino varietal de muy buen balance y de potencia aromática destacable, lo hace divertido y novedoso para acompañar platos de pastas o de carnes blancas. Este vino tuvo una medalla de bronce en el concurso Starwine International de Philadelphia (USA), en el 2005.
