La Cooperativa Vitivinícola Nueva California Ltda., fue fundada en 1963 en el departamento de San Martín, provincia de Mendoza, a 800 metros sobre el nivel del mar. La altitud y el excelente clima ofrecen condiciones inmejorables para uvas como Bonarda o Syrah, que son regadas con aguas cristalinas producto del deshielo con excelentes condiciones de pureza, baja humedad, sol pleno. Cuenta con 180 socios productores de uvas blancas, tintas y varietales, donde una vez cosechadas son elaboradas en la bodega que dispone de tecnología de última generación francesa e italiana que permiten obtener calidad de nivel internacional. Cooperativa Vitivinícola Nueva California Ltda. has 180 partners and producers. They produce white grapes, red grapes and black grapes that, after the harvest, are manufactured in the winery with the latest state-of-the-art French and Italian technology to be able to obtain the best quality for international standards. There are wine floating equipment, vacuum filters, must desulfitation machine and three filling-pipeline with self-adhesive labeling equipment. The final product comes in 700cc and 750cc bottles, carton and Dx5L.
