Cuando se construyó la bodega se tuvieron en cuenta los puntos que serían de interés para sus visitantes. Por esta razón, Familia Schroeder está preparada para la recepción de turistas y enófilos, con visitas guiadas en inglés, alemán y portugués, a través de una pasarela de 18 metros de alto que permite acceder a los 5 niveles en los que se llevan a cabo las distintas etapas del proceso de producción. Así, los visitantes se convierten en observadores activos de la elaboración de los vinos, sin interferir en el trabajo de los operarios. Familia Schroeder cuenta además con un restaurante con una incomparable vista al viñedo donde se sirven platos preparados con ingredientes típicos de la Patagonia.
When the winery was built, special attention was paid to the points that would be interesting for visitors. For that reason, Familia Schroeder is prepared to receive tourists and wine-lovers with guided tours in English, German and Portuguese. The visitors walk through an 59 feet-high gangway which allows them to become active spectators of the winemaking process. Familia Schroeder also has a restaurant with an amazing view of the vineyards, where dishes with typical Patagonian ingredients are served.

Recorrido / Places visited in the tour: El recorrido comienza en los viñedos y continúa en el interior de la bodega donde pueden apreciarse los 5 niveles en los que se desarrollan las distintas etapas del proceso de elaboración de vinos y espumantes. Luego se visita la cava del dinosaurio para posteriormente degustar los vinos. / The tour starts in the vineyards and continues inside the winery through the five levels where the different stages of winemaking are performed. Then, the dinosaur cave is visited and the tour finishes with a wine tasting.

Uno de los atractivos más asombrosos de la Bodega es la Cava del Dinosaurio. Allí es donde se encuentran los fósiles que originaron el nombre de Saurus de las primeras líneas de vinos. Por tener Familia Schroeder la custodia legal, es que se pueden apreciar los restos originales en el lugar exacto de su hallazgo. / One of the amazing places visited during the tour is the Dinosaur Cave. There, fossilized bones of a dinosaur where discovered. This fact inspired the name Saurus of two of the lines of products of the winery. As Familia Schroeder holds the legal custody, the original bones can be seen at the cave.
