Cuando un curioso viajero llega a la planta de producción de
Carmine Granata lo hace para conocer el proceso de elaboración
de una bebida tan antigua como la humanidad. Son recibidos por Juan,
quien trabaja en la bodega desde el año 1969. El conoce el trabajo
del viñedo, la cosecha, la elaboración, la trayectoria
de la empresa y la historia de antiguas casonas acondicionadas para
la recepción del turista. Quienes lleguen a la casa Carmine
Granata no sólo observarán piezas de museo, maquinarias
de elaboración y el cuidado de los caldos fraccionados, sino
que también degustarán los varietales allí elaborados
y conocerán la historia de la bodega, que es la historia de
generaciones de inmigrantes que apostaron a esta industria maravillosa.
El turista es recibido como una “visita”, se lo atiende
como tal, deseando que su paso por Mendoza deje en su retina y en su
corazón gratos momentos vividos, porque la vida es como un vino
elaborado que día a día se construye y poco a poco se
mejora, que con experiencia y ambiciones fluye con sus lágrimas

When a curious traveler goes to Carmine
Granata winery he wants to know about the process of making a beverage
which is as old as humanity. The visitors are received by Juan, who
has worked in the winery since 1969. He knows about the work in the
vineyards, the picking of the grapes, the production process of the
wine, the history of the company and of the old houses prepared to
receive guests. When visitors arrive to Carmine Granata they do not
only see some museum pieces, and machines used to make and age the
new wine, but they also taste varietals made there and they get to
know about the family history, a history of generations of immigrants
who started the winery. Carmine Granata would like guests who visit
the winery to take the pleasant moments lived there in their eyes and
their hearts because life is like wine, it is made and improved day
